MarTech provides emergency services second to

MarTech employes a staff of both in-house and field engineering support
specialists that will work closely with your engineering, planning and
maintenance departments to help identify and resolve problems, decrease
downtime and increase the efficiency of your operation.
We are experienced in a wide range of processes and applications and can bring our design and technical experience to your plant as well. Our staff can reverse engineering most oem and custom parts in most conditions and produce parts and assemblies that meet or exceed the oem specification, often in a fraction of the time if ordered for the oem.
Weld Repairs
Our certified welders are highly qualified, through both experience and
training, in submerged arc, MIG, TIG, oxyacetylene, stick and brazing.
Applications include repair for cracks and complete breaks as well as
sophisticated overlays and build up work on rolls, bearing journals,
power shafts and drive components. We also perform hard-facing on
components that require abrasion and or corrosion resistance to extend
service life. If welding is not feasible for your repair, we can the
metal stitch system which is a cold process if compatible with the
intended service duty of the equipment.
General Machining
MarTech repairs and rebuilds all types of plant machinery and rotating
equipment. Our complete range of equipment enables us to return most
any part or component to the oem specification. From electric motors,
work rolls, crushers, hammer mills, ball mills, pumps, dryers, kilns,
material handlers to heavy equipment for the mining and construction
industries.
Field Machining
Emergency repairs are our specialty, 24 hours a day, everyday! MarTech
has complete field machining capabilities, utilizing Climax Portable
Machine Tools. Line boring, facing, journal repair, keyway cutting and
automatic bore welding are just a few of the field services we provide.
Our field technicians come to your site in fully equipped service
trucks ready to perform whatever the job entails, from field machining
to disassembly, inspection and repair recommendations to assembly and
installation if needed.
Metalizing
Metal spraying or metalizing replaces metal lost to wear, erosion or
corrosion, thus restoring a surface to its original dimensions.
Metalizing is also used to a new material to a surface to improve its
characteristics. For example, metal spraying a surface with bronze or
babbitt improves wear; tungsten or ceramic adds extreme hardness; and
stainless steel or aluminum increases corrosion resistance.
