Vibration testing and analysis of your plant equipment will give you valuable insight into the operational condition of your plant machinery. By continually monitoring the condition of your rotating equipment we can predict maintenance requirements rather than rely on pre-set time intervals. These tests often reveal defects, design or installation errors, and normal wear related problems, which may lead to machine operational constraints and downtime.

This can effectively reduce "breakdown" maintenance on critical path equipment and can provide significant data to perform equipment modifications, operational procedures and process systems to improve both operational life and plant reliability.
Electric motors are a fundamental component of the machinery at your facility. Almost 50% of motor failures are related to either stator or rotor failures. Another 40% of motor failures are due to bearing related failures, which can be detected using Vibration Measurement and Analysis. On-line Motor Analysis trends, tracks, and analyzes motor electrical data, which is analogous of stator, and rotor related failures. Not only are catastrophic failures avoided, but also motors are no longer sent out for repair or replaced unless their condition requires it. Production is not affected due to the fact that all testing is performed On-line. Savings can also be calculated and achieved through accurate measurement and correction of low motor efficiencies, low loading conditions, low power factor conditions, and other low power quality related conditions such as high Total Harmonic Distortion.


Electric Motor Testing both online and offline can give you an inside look of motor integrity within your plant. Our PdMA test equipment is designed to monitor and trend the condition of AC induction, synchronous, wound rotor, and DC motors and their circuits. Among the testing capabilities are: power quality, power circuit, stator, rotor, insulation, and air gap. MCEMAX™ powered by MCEGOLD integrates testing, diagnostics, inventory control, scheduling, and cost containment. The comprehensive tester monitors all potential fault zones and allows for immediate notification of alarming conditions. The unique static and dynamic operation enables MCEMAX™ to be utilized on all applications and motors regardless of size, type, or condition. This tester combines the accuracy of motor circuit analysis with the convenience of motor power analysis. The MCEMAX™ is a complete motor/asset management tool for present motor management needs.
